Price range: $299–$347 (59 customer reviews)
What is the Qin F30?
The Qin F30 is a swipe-style kosher flip phone with a 2.8" touchscreen, an oversized keypad, and a closed app set. Unlike the MegaLife, the Qin's app catalog is fixed — we can't add new apps to it, only enable or disable what's already built in.
It's the best-selling kosher flip in our store, especially with customers switching down from a smartphone for the first time.
Who is the Qin F30 for?
- People switching from a smartphone who want a flip but don't want to lose the touchscreen feel
- Women, who consistently report finding the Qin's swipe interface more comfortable than buttoned flips
- Seniors who want a simple, straightforward interface
- Anyone who wants Gmail, Waze, Uber, and basic apps without a heavy filter app to manage
Who is the Qin F30 NOT for?
- Anyone who wants WhatsApp (it's not available on the Qin)
- Anyone who needs hotspot (blocked at the device level on the Qin)
- Anyone who wants the 24/6 music app (not compatible)
- Anyone who needs to send scheduled text messages (blocked on the Qin)
- Anyone who wants to add new apps later (the Qin has a fixed set)
Two versions of the Qin F30
1. Gray version (with apps) — includes Gmail, Uber, HebDat, Smart List, Weather, and Waze pre-installed. This is what most US customers want.
2. Blue version (talk and text only) — no apps, video player completely blocked, carries the כשר hechsher symbol. Often required by institutions or chosen by customers who want the strictest version.

Bottom line
If you're switching down from a smartphone and you want a flip with a touchscreen, the Qin F30 is the easiest transition. It's our most-reviewed product (59 reviews and counting) and the model we recommend most often for first-time kosher phone buyers — especially women and seniors. Just understand its limits: no WhatsApp, no hotspot, no new apps after purchase.
