This SIM will work on T-Mobile's network and will be locked to the IMEI of the phone given to us by the customer at time of purchase (please leave the IMEI in the order notes if you already have an approved device), or by the Yeshiva.

Please call us at 848-299-4081 after you receive the SIM to activate it.

After you receive your SIM, pre-activation can be filled out here https://activations.koshercell.org/plans. Please choose the $6.25 plan and select IMEI lock.
